Department of Aquatic Animal Health Management

Till date, the Department of Aquatic Animal Health Management (previously known as the Department of Fisheries Microbiology) has handled more than 30 research projects with a budget of over 25 crores and developed 2 patents. The Department offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses, specializing in Fundamentals of Microbiology, Fish and Shellfish Pathology, Fish and Shellfish Immunology, Therapeutics in Aquaculture, Pharmacology, Fish Toxicology, and Microbial & Parasitic Diseases of Fish and Shellfish.
