Mr. Shashidhar H. Badami participated as a resource person and a delivered a talk on “Maintenance of Fishing Boat Engine and other equipment on Board the Fishing Vessel” for fishermen on 28-01-2006 at Kundapur.

Dr Jaya Naik participated in the ICES/FAO working group on Fishing Technology and Fish Behaviour (WGFTFB23) and Symposium on Innovations in Fishing Technologies for Sustainable and Resilient Gisheries hosted by the Department of Fisheries, Govt of India and organized by the Bay of Bengal Programme Inter-Governmental Organisation (BOBP-IGO) and National Fisheries Development Board (NFDB) during 13-17 February 2023 at Kochi, India

Mr. Shashidhar H. Badami participated in the “Competency Enhancement in Agricultural Research and Education” organized by Fisheries College, Mangalore during 17-05-2022 to 21-05-2022.
