College of Fisheries collaboration with RUSETI Ujire and Ratna Manasa

  • A training programme on chart work  like fixing the position and finding the courses use of echo sounder, GPS Navigator, communication system, fire fighting and safety and stability on board the vessel was organized for the benefit of local fishermen of Mangalore centre.
  • Use of GPS , Echo sounder, communication system, safety and stability and rule of Road for deep sea fishermen of Malpe.
  • Handling of fresh fish and demonstration of electronic equipments on board the vessel. The programme was jointly  by Lion club and College of Fisheeries, mangalore for the benefit of Ullal Fishermen.
  • Modern Electronic equipments for Navigation, Fish finding and communication for the benefit of deep deep sea fishermen of Gangolli.
  • Navigational chart work, Rule of Road  and use of G.P.S Navigator,  echo Sounders, and communication system to the to the trawl boat owners of Mangalore.
