Veterinary Public Health and Epidemiology

• Infrastructure and activities of the department: The department has three Under-Graduate labs and is reasonably well equipped to handle the Under-Graduate Programme as per VCI norms (MSVE-2016).
• One research project has been submitted under SCSP/TSP grants, Government of Karnataka from the department. The staff is involved in preparation of teaching materials/aids with the participation of students. The staff is actively involved in conduct of health camps, extension activities and creating awareness about zoonotic diseases.
