Department of Veterinary Pathology

The Department of Veterinary Pathology is engaged in imparting teaching Veterinary Pathology to B.V.Sc & A.H students as per MSVE 2016 guidelines of Veterinary Council of India, and M.V.Sc course as per ICAR guidelines. The Department has facilities, infrastructure, instrumentation and teaching aids required for UG and PG teaching and also for disease diagnosis viz. necropsy, clinical pathology, biopsy and histopathology for teaching, research and extension activities. A collection of pathological specimens is kept as a display for education of students and visitors in pathology museum. The Department is also actively involved in extension activities like training to farmers, Veterinary Officers of Department of AHVS, GoK and consultancy services to farmers
