Dairy Technology

Dairy Technology plays a very important role in B.Tech (D.Tech) degree programme in building the knowledge about production, processing, analysis, packaging, distribution and marketing of various milk and milk products. Students learn about the various technical aspects during the manufacture of various milk products. Dairy Technology department has sufficient equipped laboratories fulfill practical requirements for undergraduate degree program. Apart from education activities, various training programmers were also organized by the department for the formers, youth and women of local area.

Dairy Technology Department offers 14 courses for the undergraduate students in that 11 courses were offered in 3 years of degree programme and two courses completely practical oriented offered in the final year of degree programme.
