Dairy Chemistry
The department offer 7 courses related to fundamentals of dairy chemistry about milk and milk products their chemical quality and there analysis, quality system. The department also offers courses related to food and their quality and human nutrition and its importance. It extends its practical’s to analysis of milk and milk products, hardness of water and other issues related to dairy industry. The department is well equipped to analyze various products related to dairy and food industry with respect to the student experimental purpose. The students also analysis products prepared by themselves during their experimental period and can evaluate the quality of those products
