Swachh Bharat campaign on 2 October 2014 at our campus

Special cleanliness drive was undertaken by the College of Fisheries, Mangalore to organise 'SWACHH BHARATH' campaign to spread message among the masses in the colleges/ schools/ campuses/ village/ slums/ hospitals/ historical monuments and other public places. In this connection, the National Service Scheme of the College has organized 'Global Hand washing Day' on 15th  October, 2014.

Dr. K.M.Shankar, Dean (Fisheries) and Dr. M.N. Venugopal, Professor & Head, Dept. of Fisheries Microbiology  delivered talks on "Hand washing and its importance" on the theme of ‘201 4 - Choose  handwashing,  choose  health’   at Prof.  HPC Shetty hall followed by demonstration

Blood donation camp organised in the College in collaboration with District Wenlock Hospital, Mangalore on 28-01-2014

The College of Fisheries, Mangalore in collaboration with Wenlock Hospital had organized, one day blood donation camp, on 28-01-2014. The collected blood was used for the poor patients of Wenlock and Lady Goshen Hospitals, Mangalore. The blood donors were the Staff and the Students of the College.
